What is a forever rose?
Preserved roses are 100% natural living flowers that have undergone a preservation process. The moisture content of the flowers is extracted using a special process, which is then replaced with vegetable glycerin, thereby preserving their original splendor. So these are not foam roses, artificial flowers, or silk flowers. With proper care, you can enjoy its natural beauty for years.
How to care for eternal roses?
They do not require special care or pruning. The most important thing is that they should not be exposed to water, high humidity or continuous hot sunlight!
What color are eternal roses available?
Our perennial roses are available in almost 50 different colors in every color of the rainbow. If the chosen color is not available for the selected product, contact us to see if the version you have chosen is feasible.
Do you have a unique idea?
You can send us your idea with a description and picture attached on our request for quotation page. In the compilation of unique ideas, only your imagination sets the limit.
Can I pick up the order in person?
Of course, it is possible to pick up the finished order at the Kecskemét site.
Where can I request delivery?
Delivery can be requested anywhere in the country, and we even provide delivery abroad.
Can I send the surprise to the recipient immediately?
No problem! In this case, the shipping data and the phone number should belong to the recipient, and please indicate in the comments field that you are requesting the invoice in electronic form. That way, there won't be any value marking on the package, it's just a gift!
What is the delivery fee?
For orders over HUF 30,000, we take over the domestic delivery fee. In other cases, when placing the order, you can see our latest delivery fees. In the case of overseas delivery, we will send you an individual fee in the form of an e-mail.
How far in advance is it necessary to place the order?
If you have chosen a simple product, expect delivery in 1-2 working days, but if you want a special composition or a completely unique idea, please place your order at least 3-4 days before the gift to make sure it arrives! Of course, if the request is very SOS, don't worry, we will solve that too!
Is it possible to deliver on a specific day?
Of course it can be solved. In this case, please enter the requested delivery time in the comment field, and we will start the package accordingly so that it arrives there on the same day.
What to do in case of injury?
It happens that our products are damaged during delivery, despite the careful packaging, but in this case there is no problem, we will remedy the problem immediately. In every package, we put information on how to notify us of the damage, and we will then send the replacement product. The customer is not charged for any other tasks or fees. Roughly 1-2 out of 1,000 packages are damaged during GLS delivery.
Do you want a unique greeting card?
When placing an order, you can choose whether it is an individual request, in which case you must include the requested text in the comments field, or send it to us by e-mail to the e-mail address info@tokeletesajandek.hu.
How long can the text of a custom greeting card be?
So far, the longest requested texts: "May our love last until this rose withers", "Yesterday a bride, today a wife, you forever your daughter!", "Yesterday still a groom, today a husband, but forever yours your daughters!” So roughly this amount fits nicely on the greeting card.
